SF Theater: The 39 Steps: Enjoy a thrilling theater performance this Easter with The 39 Steps, a captivating murder mystery featuring a nationwide manhunt and a surprising finale! Performances are scheduled for Saturday (3 pm and 8 pm) and Easter Sunday (2 pm) at the SF Playhouse.

Easter EggStravaganza: A Castrorific Block Party

Welcome spring with the vibrant Easter EggStravaganza block party and the 3rd Annual Bunny Convention. This event is perfect for everyone - from “EggCited kittens” (our affectionate term for baby bunnies) to adults who are young at heart. Even dogs are welcome to join in the fun with our pet’s costume contest.

Sunset Sail:

End your Sunday on a high note with a serene sunset cruise on the SF Bay. This 2-hour cruise offers breathtaking views of top SF attractions including the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz Island, and the Palace of Fine Arts. Don’t forget to dress warmly!

Concerts on Easter Weekend:
Groove to the beats of AC Slater, Jimbo’s Drag Circus, Sleater-Kinney, and Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band at various venues across the city.  

Easter in Dolores Park with the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence:

Join the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, a “leading-edge order of queer nuns”, for their annual festival on Sunday, March 31. The festival kicks off with a children’s Easter celebration from 10 am to 12 pm, followed by adults-only fun from noon to 4 pm, featuring The Easter Bonnet Contest, the Foxy Mary and Hunky Jesus contests.
