SHORT SALE PROCESS
STEP 1. GATHER INFORMATION
We will need the following information from you to help prove your financial difficulty.
• 2 months Bank Statements--ALL pages
• Paycheck Stubs--at least two pay periods
• Property Tax Bill
• Homeowner’s Insurance Policy
• Monthly Bills
• Additional Liens
• Hardship Letter and Documentation
STEP 2. COMMUNICATE with YOUR LENDER(s)
In order to speak with your lender(s) on your behalf, we will need to send your written authorization to them. We will contact your lender(s) to obtain an application packet for you. We will communicate with the decision-maker in the loss mitigation department directly and regularly for updates.
